1. All returns must be mailed
back via standard US Mail.
2. All returns must include, on the label and inside the box, an Order#
and the First and Last Name of the person who placed the order.
3. All returns must have a Return Materials Authorization (RMA), attained
by calling (408) 395 9364 or emailing info@softwareandthings.com
4. All cartridges must be returned in the orignal undamanged box
in which the cartridge was originally packaged.

If you ordered the wrong cartridge,
do the following:
• Call or e-mail for an RMA number: (info@softwareandthings.com)
(408-395-9364)
• On the outside of the box write the RMA #_ _ _ _-_ _ _
• Inclose a copy of your shipping invoice that the product was shipped
on.
• Write on the Invoice copy the model number of the printer the
cart will be used with, and the cartridge #
• You will only credited for items that are returned unopened
and damaged free.
• You will not be refunded the cost to ship the items.
If we shpped you an incorrect cartridge,
do the following:
• Call or e-mail for an RMA number: (info@softwareandthings.com)
(408-395-9364)
• Write the RMA #_ _ _ _-_ _ _on the outside and inside of the shipping
container in which you have placed the product box.
• Inclose a copy of the original invoice that came with the product.
• Circle the cartridges that were shipped incorrectly on the invoice.
• When we receive the RMA package, replacement cartridges will be
shipped free of charge.
If you received a cartridge that
is damaged or does not work:
• Call or e-mail for an RMA number: (info@softwareandthings.com)

• Write the RMA #_ _ _ _-_ _ _on the outside and inside of the shipping
container in which you have placed the product box.
• Inclose a copy of the original invoice that came with the product.
• Circle the cartridges that were received damaged on the invoice.
• When we receive the RMA package, replacement cartridges will be
shipped free of charge.
If you would like to Cancel your
order:
• Please note that our online orders are processded
in real time and shipped daily.
• Please send an e-mail to info@softwareandthings.com
or call (408) 395-9364.
• Information in your e-mail must include the invoice # and name
of person that placed the original order.
• If your order was shipped before you canceled the it, reject the
package and it will be returned and your account will be credited.
• Note: We cannot refund shipping costs if your cancelation
was received after the product was shipped.
